Light of time. Changes in landscape usually occur gradually over millions of years but can also happen and within seconds. In the dune fields of the Mesquite flats of Death Valley such rapid changes can be observed. This landscape is never static. Every grain of sand blown by the wind changes the form and location of the dune. A new day begins and already in the evening the scenery is no longer the same as in the morning.
