Ice Age
In defiance of the global glacier retreat, the ice fields of Spiterstulen in Norway still resemble the impression of the last ice age. The flattened terrain of these ice fields illustrate the erosive force of the glaciers on the bedrock. The typical rainy weather during the summer months casts a mystical twilight to the scenery, that even intensifies the ice age effect.
